A creative director and cultural entrepreneur, her work has helped define some of the most influential festivals of the past two decades. Founder of Wilderness Festival, organiser of Secret Garden Party, creative director of elrow — her work has defined how a generation experiences music, art and gathering, establishing her as a long-standing figure in global music and cultural production. She brings the same creative rigour to AMFE's lifestyle and events work. Jo sits on the board of arts charity In Place of War.

Sheff co-leads AMFE with two decades

of experience across every corner of the music industry. He has launched record labels, managed artists including Bicep, Bedouin and Jamie Jones, co-founded Wonderfruit Festival, and exported some

of the world's most iconic club brands to new territories. Having worked every role in the industry from the ground up, he connects talent, audiences and opportunity — building experiences that resonate culturally and commercially. At AMFE he builds lifestyle offices for private clients and invests across hospitality, travel, technology and cultural infrastructure.

Tyson oversees strategy, and investments at AMFE, sitting on the board and steering the group's direction. An entrepreneur, investor and former professional athlete, he has spent two decades building and scaling ventures across technology, sport and culture. He is co-founder and CEO of Stella Legal, an AI-driven legal transformation firm that has delivered more than 150 projects across 16 countries, and competed internationally as a professional cyclist. An electronic music producer and DJ in his own right, with releases across the global house scene, he is as at home in a studio as a boardroom. Through AMFE he invests across technology, real estate and hospitality, and runs Timeless Garage, a custom car workshop in Portugal. At AMFE he brings a builder's instinct and operational discipline — setting the strategy and backing the ventures that carry the group forward.
