Jo Vidler
Jo leads the creative direction of AMFE.
A creative director and cultural entrepreneur, she founded Wilderness Festival, organised Secret Garden Party and served as creative director of elrow - work that has defined how a generation experiences music, art and gathering.
She brings the same creative rigour to AMFE's lifestyle and events work, and sits on the board of arts charity In Place of War.

Sheff Allam
Sheff co-leads AMFE with two decades spanning every corner of the music industry. He has launched record labels, releasing the first records of artists including Bicep, Bedouin and Jamie Jones - co-founded Wonderfruit Festival, and exported some of the world's most iconic club brands to new territories. At AMFE he builds lifestyle offices for private clients and invests across hospitality, travel, technology and cultural infrastructure.

Co-founder and CEO of Stella Legal (150+ projects, 16 countries), former professional cyclist, and a house music producer with international releases, he also runs Timeless Garage, a custom car workshop in Portugal.

Helena Sharma
Helena is Chief Legal Officer at AMFE, overseeing the group's legal and compliance framework across Malta, Spain, Portugal and beyond. A lawyer and operational leader with deep experience in international corporate law and multi-jurisdictional structuring, she works closely with the founders on global growth, building the governance and cross-border infrastructure that lets AMFE scale without losing the precision that defines it.

Ilya De Koning
Ilya DeJong is AMFE's experience architect, the role that lives in the gap between creative vision and the real world, where venues fall through, timelines collapse, and brilliant ideas become "not feasible."
Creative producer by craft, fixer by instinct, he combines genuine problem-solving with relentless hustle and a network that opens doors quietly. He makes the impossible happen - and look like the plan all along.
